AndieI’m Andi and I’m about to embark on one of my biggest adventures to date; Solo Traveling!!
I’ve always loved to travel. My parents used to take me everywhere they went; business trips, family trips wherever…I was there. As an only child, I didn’t always have the most interesting vacations, but now looking back, seeing the “off the beaten path” places they drug me to, helped me fall in love with seeing places that many people don’t “see” as the vacation spots. It made me appreciate different cultures, cities, activities and locations.
Solo travel is not really something I’ve been interested in for a long time. I’ve always dreamed of seeing the world, but never had the freedom or independence to venture out all alone. And, lets be real, life often gets in the way. This year, I turn 40, and I’ve decided to stop waiting on the “perfect” time and the perfect travel partner and do it now, reguardless of who is able to join me! I want to be able to see what I want, stop when I want, eat where I want and “do” travel MY WAY.
I’m starting this blog as a place to post my travels, videos, ideas, tips, pics and info about what all I’m doing, and how it’s going! Travel along with me and let’s see what happens!
